300 Homes on Olympic Park

Through the Stratford £1.3bn Scheme Homes will also be built as well as office spaces and hotels. Construction has started on more than 300 new homes which are located on the Olympic Park. The homes, known as Glasshouse Gardens, from part of the first half of the International Quarter n Stratford will be delivered by Joint Ventures Partners and London Continental Railways.
The workers, residents and visitors to the are will benefit from the newly defined travel zone. Three stations including Stratford High Street will be rezoned from January 2016.
The residential apartments will be built by Lend Lease. It will be from one to three-bedroom apartments and these new homes will be available from £560,00. They will be involved across two tower buildings. The first phase of the International Quarter including two major commercial office buildings will be invested for around £500million by 'Stratford City Business District Ltd.'
This will be another change for the Stratford Area mainly for the High Street and this change will add more space for business and also residents. With them enjoying the benefits of having a spacious area these offices and bedroom will be modified into a more modern feel.
