In
Stratford City's International Quarter', consented tower proposals
have recently gained a significant number of excess construction.
Towers have grown and lost their planned mix of uses, returning
completely to high-end flats.
Good
architects are employed to bring a win to outline planning, then are
abandon for a cheaper option.
Developers
& Continental Railways have named seven engineering consultants
for a new £1.3bn commercial district in Stratford city, London.
These
engineers have join five other architects on the design panel for the
international quarter, it will consist of over 4m square foot of
high end commercial buildings near the Olympic area.
The
project will be one of the UK's largest developments and will modify
the Olympic park by creating a commercial hub in the heart of
Stratford city.
